El producto que quiero está agotado. ¿Volveréis a recibirlo?

We do not usually manufacture more than every three units per model and color. All our fabrics have been carefully selected among unique pieces so we guarantee that the items you purchase are exclusive. If you want to know if we are going to manufacture a specific article, write to us info@apricitycollection.com

¿Qué composición tienen vuestras prendas? ¿Utilizáis pelo natural?

In each product you will find a detailed description of its composition. In Apricity we are animal lovers so all our skins are 100% artificial and cruelty free.

¿Puedo darme de baja de la newsletter?

We will feel very many that you leave us, but as the saying goes: “If you love something, let it be free”, we will be waiting for you with open arms.

¿Cómo recupero mi contraseña olvidada?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on “Forgot your password?” Within the “My Account” section

¿Cómo se realizan los pagos?

You can pay by bank transfer or also through your Paypal account.

¿Puedo enviar un pedido con ticket regalo?

If you want to send an order with a gift ticket, send us an email to info@apricitycollection.com after placing your order.

¿Tenéis tienda física?

Right now we do not have a physical store. If you would like to see and try some of our models, please contact us at info@apricitycollection.com to schedule an appointment in our showroom or for information about the next Pop-Ups where we will participate.

¿Puedo modificar mi pedido una vez haya realizado mi compra?

Once your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. If you want to make any changes to the shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible info@apricitycollection.com.

Me ha llegado un artículo defectuoso. ¿Qué debo hacer?

All our garments are carefully treated throughout the process but if you exceptionally receive a defective item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info @ apricitycollecion.com and we will pick up your order without any additional cost to send you another one or make you the money back.
